Job Description
Avita Community Partners is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing services in our community-based Mental Health Centers in Dahlonega and Cleveland and in our Community Support Team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

* Providing diagnostic assessments
* Providing nursing assessments
* Administering medications
* Administering injections



Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* A current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience with Mental Health patients
* Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMHN)
* Psychiatric Nursing experience
