Avita Community Partners is excited to announce a Mental Health Counselor opportunity to work with clients in our Supportive Apartment and Outpatient Services.
*Provides mental health services to adults with a severe and persistent mental illness and/or addictive disease an outpatient setting. Includes individual counseling, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, family counseling and contact within the community.
*Full Licensure as a LCSW or LPC in Georgia
Salary is dependent on type of licensure and length of licensure
LPC - Licensure with less than one year of post licensure experience - 40,000
- Licensure with one year of post licensure experience - 42,000
- Licensure with three or more years of post licensure - 45,000
LCSW - Licensure with less than one year of post licensure experience - 42,000
- Licensure with one year of post licensure experience - 44,000
- Licensure with three years of post licensure experience - 47,000
Position is subject to Incentive Bonus Program with additional potential earnings of up to $1350.00 per quarter.
*Understanding of Carelogic a plus.
*Criminal Background Check is required on all employees.
*Pre-employment Drug Screen required
*Motor Vehicle Report required on all employees who transport clients. Must have valid Georgia drivers license and no driver may have 6 or more points against his/her license within the last five years. No driver may have had a suspended or revoked license within the last five years.
