Job Description
Under supervision, aids computer system users. Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, email or from remote locations. Analyzes user requirements procedures and problems to automate business processes. Provides installation, network access, control and troubleshoot for computers physical virtual LANs, firewalls and network access control systems for wired and wireless networks.

Requirements
Entry Qualifications:

•A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or at least two years of helpdesk systems support.
•Knowledge of windows desktop and server operating systems
•Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
•Ability to provide on-site or remote technical assistance
•Ability to install and maintain network components, computer hardware and applications

Physical Requirements:
•Primarily office with lifting of 50 pounds or less.
