Cindy Levi

With 30+ years of experience in the field of behavioral health and developmental disabilities, Levi joined Avita as CEO in 2011. She moved to Georgia, leaving her home town of Johnstown, PA where she last served as CEO of Behavioral Health of Cambria County. Prior to that, she was the Human Services Director and Mental Health/Mental Retardation Administrator for Cambria County. She also served as County Director overseeing services provided by Northwestern Human Services of Pennsylvania in 3 counties. She began her career at the Cambria County Association for the Blind & Handicapped.

Levi is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and an executive master’s degree in Business Administration. Recently she was selected to be an Administrative Surveyor for CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
She resides with her husband and children in Braselton, GA.
