Avita is now offering the services of an American Sign Language (ASL) fluent counselor and case manager. Individuals utilizing ASL as their means of communication can now receive services directly from an ASL fluent staff instead of via an interpreter.

The Georgia Council for the Hearing Impaired, Inc. (GACHI) staff members are a team of hard-working, specially trained professionals dedicated to helping Georgians who are deaf, late deafened or deaf-blind improve their quality of life. Staff members are fluent in American Sign Language and have extensive knowledge of hearing loss issues.
